Call Center Representative
As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as a Remote Gate Agent, supporting thousands of drivers nationwide. Utilizing two-way audio / video communication, you will verify and identify necessary specifications on trucks and processes, coordinating and communicating updates on the arrival, loading, unloading, and departure at warehouses and distribution centers. This role demands a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a high sense of urgency and technical savvy. You will handle all gate operations remotely, allowing onsite associates to focus on other essential tasks. You will interact with approximately 200 drivers daily, necessitating clear and effective communication skills.

Work Environment
This position requires on-site work five days a week. Training will be conducted from Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM for three weeks, with the first day being 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM. Post-training schedule will be from Friday to Tuesday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM, with Wednesday and Thursday off. Mandatory overtime is expected during peak seasons (October to January), which will include a sixth workday and 10-hour shifts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
