Overview
Join to apply for the eCommerce Operations Analyst role at Shamrock Foods Company . The eCommerce Operations Analyst plays a critical role in the daily operation of Shamrock's eCommerce experience, supporting customers and internal teams through administration of the eCommerce platform and management of operational tasks critical to ensure the smooth functioning of the site. This role is responsible for executing changes via platform tools and interfaces, documentation, testing, promotion setup, and defect triage, contributing to the high quality and efficiency of the online customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Uses site administrative tools to perform set-up and configuration for merchandising campaigns, customer onboarding flows, surveys, and site search based on direction from Ecommerce Merchandising, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Executes online ordering merchandising and promotional programs including creation of project plans with required dates to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
- Documents requirements for online merchandising, creates test plans for pre- and post-campaign launch, and reviews / validates with all key stakeholders.
- Performs pre- and post-launch testing, documents results, and determines prioritization for defect resolution for online merchandising campaigns, promotional programs, and new features and enhancements.
- Monitors and triages user-reported issues from customer service, site analytics & monitoring tools, and customer feedback and partners with product, merchandising, and engineering teams to troubleshoot, plan, and execute changes needed to resolve issues.
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders to track status and provide regular updates.
- Assists with compiling and reporting metrics and performance of site features, campaigns, and other online merchandising strategies.
- Supports Merchandising, Marketing, Product, Sales, and IT teams by creating and maintaining documentation for processes, workflows, operational procedures, and feature enhancements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
