Accountability Collaborative Rewarding Drive local and regional routes that have you home after every shift. Haul Amazon loads (primarily no-touch freight). Drop and Hook. Maintain a detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations. Verify loads for accuracy. Perform pre and post-trip vehicle inspection reports. Use app-based technology to pick up, drop off, track, log, and maintain loads and hours. New reliable 2022-2024 day cabs. Consistent and reliable safety training. State-of-the-art technology to help keep efficient and safe. Policies and procedures to help guide you to success. Candidates must have prior experience operating Amazon’s Relay app for load management and route assignments. Proficiency with the Relay platform is mandatory Must be at least 21 years old. Must have at least 7 months of tractor-trailer experience with no prior accidents. Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL). Must successfully pass DOT physical. Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records. No current CDL suspension or revocation. Clean Motor Vehicle Record. You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; document and report vehicle defects, maintenance needs, or safety issues Adapt to unexpected situations (road closures, weather, traffic) and re-route or re-plan stops as needed to stay on schedule You must be able to use handheld technology and smartphone applications such as GPS. Schedule fueling stops and breaks strategically to avoid unnecessary downtime. You must be flexible with work schedule (Day / Evening / Night shifts / Weekends). Monitor and manage Hours of Service (HOS) to ensure full compliance (e.g., driving limits, required rest breaks, on‑duty time).
Seasonal Class-A CDL Drivers for SHARP Fleet LLC (HOME DAILY)
Shifts (Full Time hours) : Morning, Afternoon, Overnight, Evening, Weekday and / or Weekend. You will be home every day to see your family.
Location : Bordentown, NJ
Compensation : Starting pay $24 / hr
(Will be paid even during dead miles)
Weekly Schedule :
- Work 3 days / shifts at 13 hours each (including weekends)
- Opportunity for additional shifts and overtime.
- Start Times will vary between : 7PM - 1AM (may possibly change in the future)
- This is a temporary, seasonal position . Class-A drivers must understand that employment is limited to the seasonal period and will conclude at the end of the season.

SHARP Fleet LLC is hiring seasonal or temporary motivated Class-A CDL drivers with a clean driving record for its Amazon Freight Partner program here in Borderntown, NJ. Our deliveries are 100% no-touch freight (drop and hook only) to live loads. These local routes are roughly 300-500 miles round trip. Our mission is to provide our customers with exceptional, timely, and dependable service for all their delivery needs.
