• Compensation That Reflects Your Experience

We offer competitive weekly pay for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants based on experience and background in wound care :

• Sign On Bonus
• (for non-agency applicants only) : $7,500 paid in four quarterly installments starting 90 days after the first patients seen date.
• Full-time W2 role :
• Estimated annual earnings up to $170,000 per year, depending on hours worked and services provided. Paid twice monthly, based on a rate outlined in the contract.

FT NPs & PAs also have the opportunity to receive productivity bonuses.

• Responsibilities :
• Travel to private residences, skilled nursing facilities, adult care homes, etc. to provide comprehensive care for advanced wound care candidates.
• Reach an informed diagnosis and create an appropriate treatment plan for each patient based on scientific knowledge and the patient's medical history.
• Accurately document in patient charts following each appointment in our EMR system, AdvancedMD.
• Perform wound care techniques on patients like debridements, applying biologic patches, and using UltraMIST technology.
• Collaborate with Physicians, RNs, LVNs, and other Advanced Wound Care Providers to form a high-performing medical team.
• Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion with patients.
• Requirements :
• Must be willing to travel extended distances around the listed position area.
• Valid APRN / Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Must hold board certification.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, day shifts.
• A valid Driver License and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to providing high-quality wound care.
• Must be willing to travel for initial training (out-of-state travel is required).

Providers will participate in a 3-week long training process to ensure overall preparedness and confidence before seeing patients independently.

• Week 1 :
• Virtual orientation and EMR training.
• Week 2 & 3 :
• 4-5 days of in-person training with one of our Advanced Wound Care Trainers (out-of-state travel is required depending on location).
