Job description

A company is looking for a National Account Project Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the transition of new national accounts to Packaging Solutions branches, ensuring invoicing requirements and customer setup forms are completed

Oversee communication and implementation of service requirements for customers based on contractual obligations

Conduct audits for prospective customers and monitor accounts receivable levels for existing accounts

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's preferred

At least three years of experience in operational, business analysis, or project management roles

Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus

Experience using Coupa, Ariba, and other third-party systems

Familiarity with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
