LHH is working with a construction company that is searching for a temporary Billing Specialist for their team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of accounting experience and be comfortable in high volume setting. This position does offer a hybrid work schedule after training. You will work on a team and there will be training offered as well. However, the manager is looking for a candidate who can work independently and self-manage their workload. Responsibilities

• Process incoming payments and verify accuracy against invoices.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
• Generate and distribute regular statements and collection letters.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Reconcile AR ledger and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Prepare reports on account status and collection efforts for management.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding account balances and payment terms.
• Support audits and assist with documentation requests.

Pay Details : $31.00 to $33.00 per hour
