Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Home Health Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Home Health RN Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years. Hands-On HCHB and OASIS experience required. RN : Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Must meet minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week. Some on call is preferred.
