Physical Therapist Assistant

Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy under the supervision of a physical therapist.

• Provide physical therapy interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist.
• Perform therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills as appropriate for the patient population.
• Document treatment interventions given.
• May coordinate activities of physical therapy aides, students and other support personnel.

Outpatient and Acute Care Experience preferred. This position has some flexibility and can cover either in Outpatient 5 days / week - assisting in acute if there are cancellations OR can be in Outpatient 3 days / week and cover in Acute Care 2 days / week as our OP clinic is located within the hospital walls.
