Manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled labor positions across multiple U.S. regions

Source passive talent and conduct thorough candidate interviews to align with client needs

Required Qualifications

5 or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience, focusing on skilled labor and industrial services

Prior experience within an RPO or embedded recruiting model

Proficiency in ATS, preferably iCIMS

Dynamic sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Complex Boolean Search

Highly self-directed and adaptable in fast-paced environments
