This employee is responsible for timely and accurate preparation and processing of customer orders.

• Views customer orders in computerized order system
• Organizes and processes returns and deliveries
• Prepares packages for shipment using computerized shipping systems
• Maintains safe and sanitary work environment
• May operate forklift and / or pallet jack

Forklift would require obtaining certification
