As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols throughout the property, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming presence. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will use company vehicles to cover designated areas. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons on the premises.

Maintain clear and accurate records of activities, incidents, and / or observations as required by site procedures.

Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding the standards of Allied Universal.

Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits as needed during patrols.

Remain alert and attentive to the surroundings at all times, adapting to changing environments and conditions as required by the site.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
