Join our dynamic team as an Account Director and become the strategic leader.

In this role youll orchestrate a talented team of facilities professionals while delivering exceptional service to our prestigious financial services client balancing operational excellence with cost optimization to exceed performance benchmarks. You will drive innovation in Integrated Facilities Management services that directly impact a number of professionals across our clients office portfolio.

Here is some of what you will do :

Provide leadership vision and guidance to operations maintenance utility and engineering support services while managing performance and outcomes of assigned staff

Maintain interface with third-party owners ensuring lease compliance accurate reporting and resolving critical tenant relations issues

Establish and champion a Safety First culture by improving safety performance and changing staff and partner safety behaviors across the site

Deliver comprehensive facility services in accordance with standard processes while ensuring compliance with local state and federal regulations

Prepare submit and manage facility budgets aligned with client goals track variances and support collection of management fees from third-party tenants

Manage and coordinate Facility Management services within assigned facilities and geography ensuring smooth operations and recovery processes

Lead overall team management including staff development succession planning compensation planning and building measurable career development plans for all direct reports

Here is who we are looking for :

8 years of experience managing commercial facilities in a senior-level role

Demonstrated experience managing capital projects and maintenance programs

Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation

Advanced knowledge of building systems maintenance requirements and CMMS implementation / utilization

Proficient in budget management financial analysis and standard business / accounting practices

Experience with Excel facility management software systems and project management capabilities

Preferred

A bachelors Degree

Professional certifications such as CFM FMP SFP FMA RPA or CSM

Estimated compensation for this position :

145000..00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations.
