About The Family and Social Services Administration
The Division of Mental Health and Addiction supports Indiana's network of mental health care providers. We operate six hospitals and fund addiction and prevention programs.
Role Overview
This role assists with the daily oversight of grant tasks and activities related to multiple funding streams from the state of Indiana and the Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). These initiatives address both the opioid and stimulant use epidemic as well as the behavioral health crisis system in Indiana. Activities will include collaboration with outside partners and other state agencies through the funding of multiple innovative prevention, treatment, and recovery based statewide programs that impact the State of Indiana residents.
What You'll Need for Success
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, or a Personal / Lived Experience with Mental Health or Addiction. Experience with data analysis and reporting, and familiarity of utilization of data collection and reporting is preferred. Candidate will need strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Statement : The salary for this position traditionally starts at $53,222.00, but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
