Haus Solutions Consultant

Haus is a first-of-its-kind marketing decision science platform built for the new digital privacy era, where data sharing and PII are restricted. Using frontier causal inference-based econometric models to run experiments, we help brands measure the business impact of marketing, pricing, and promotions with scientific precision. Over $360B is spent annually on paid advertising in the US alone, and the famous quote "half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is I don't know which half" still rings true. Haus helps marketers identify which half, and reallocate it to maximize growth.

With a founding team of former product managers, economists, and engineers from Google, Netflix, Meta, and Amazon, we make high-quality decision science tooling and incrementality testing accessible to businesses of all sizesautomating the heavy lifting of experiment design, data processing, and insights generation. What You'll Do

As an early member of the Revenue team at Haus, you'll have the opportunity to shape the direction and scope of the Solutions Consultant role from the ground up. You'll be responsible for building trust and confidence with prospective customers and supporting the organization's growth alongside a hard-working team of Account Executives.

About You

  • Passionate about the intersection of growth marketing and science
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to distill complex concepts into digestible terms
  • Intrinsic and contagious curiosity that drives you to understand products in all of their technical depth
  • Team-player that's willing to roll up your sleeves and help the team achieve its goals, even if it means doing something beyond your usual responsibilities
  • Ability to anticipate and empathize with a customer's needs in order to present solutions in an appealing manner
  • Ability to navigate an ambiguous environment, switching between quick day-to-day client tasks and longer-term organization projects

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Providing technical demonstrations of the Haus product to prospective customers
  • Answering technical questions about the product and serving as a subject matter expert
  • Creating tailored presentations and navigating competitive pitches
  • Building testing roadmaps that will deliver value to customers during their initial time on the platform
  • Conducting feasibility analyses to ensure we'll be able to deliver value for prospective customers
  • Delivering feedback to the product team and representing our prospective customers' needs in internal discussions
  • Attending conferences and events in order to generate pipeline
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices in marketing measurement to continuously improve processes and outcomes
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience in a customer facing role; experience in a new-business-oriented role is a plus.
  • Strong written communication and experience presenting to customers and executives.
  • Proven ability to work well within a team environment
  • Travel Requirements

    Must be willing to travel 10-25% of the time to engage with clients and support global marketing initiatives.
