Position Overview

Tuckernuck's Web Merchandising Associates are creative, data-driven focused on ensuring that the assortment is presented in an on-brand, clear and compelling manner that encourages customers to convert. In this role, you will be responsible for each product having the customer-facing information required to sell : description, size information, shipping, complete the look, and ensuring that everything is added to relevant collections before publishing.

You will collaborate with multiple teams (production, content, marketing, buying) on product activation. You will be responsible for tracking product conversion and sales. You will use this knowledge of your assortment to create actionable takeaways and enhance on-site presentation to market and sell products.

Core Responsibilities

• Product Activation

Activate products on a daily basis as dictated by the publishing strategy. This includes writing a compelling and on-brand description, adding all selling points, and product info. Coordinate meetings across buying teams to enhance product knowledge

Use Shopify data to analyze high and low-converting PDPs to identify trends, and communicate insights on what's selling well and what isn't.

Product inspiration / design vision

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of top COG products, categories, and brands, stay apprised of what is coming down the pipeline

This includes resolving any product-related issues, improving missing or unclear descriptions and info
