PAY RATE : $35.70 - $37.58 Per Hour

JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE

The LOA, Human Resources Representative will provide leave of absence administration; policy and PTO coordination; as well as supporting workers compensation, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation. This is a hands-on position that will be involved in a wide-range of responsibilities and activities.

Reporting to the LOA Supervisor, the LOA - HR Representative shall be the first point-of-contact for employee-related matters to LOA policies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage leave of absence requests, coordinate efforts towards the designation of all claims.

Be the point of contact for employees inquiring about how to start a leave of absence and providing them with information to file leaves with Third Party Administrator

Monitor LOA claims in iSight portal and TPA emails in leaves inbox to obtain information on new and existing leaves being filed.
