The Role
As our Juice Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating innovative, nutritious juice combinations that highlight the natural flavors of our locally-sourced produce. You'll prepare fresh juices for our Grab & Go offerings and Cleanse packages, ensuring everything is ready for the next day's service. This position offers the unique opportunity to work independently while crafting beverages that are both delicious and health-conscious.
What You'll Do
- Create innovative juice combinations using fresh, seasonal produce
- Develop new juice recipes that maximize both nutrition and flavor
- Maintain strict quality control and food safety standards
- Operate and maintain professional juicing equipment
- Ensure efficient prep and production for Grab & Go and Cleanse package service
- Track inventory and minimize waste
