Summary : We are seeking an Associate Director, Worldwide (WW) Pricing Analytics to lead critical analytics and reporting activities that support international pricing strategy and execution. This role plays a pivotal part in managing and evolving our global pricing platform. The Associate Director, WW Pricing Analytics will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Global Market Access, local market access teams, IT, and Finance.
This position is part of the Global Pricing & Health Systems Analytics organization and reports to the Director, WW Pricing Analytics.
We are seeking candidates with strong analytical capabilities, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn about international pricing and market access.
Responsibilities : Conduct strategic pricing analytics across the entire BMS portfolio to support decision-making. Lead international referencing pricing (IRP) analytics to minimize global price erosion around the world. Manage and enhance our global pricing platform that supports price approvals, strategy execution, analytics, and reporting. Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate pricing and reimbursement insights effectively. Partner with local markets to support pricing approvals, dossier submissions, and international reference pricing needs. Support the WW Pricing governance processes, including Pricing Governance, Directives, and Exceptions. Maintain expertise in key country pricing structures, IRP dynamics, and launch sequencing implications. Support training initiatives for local affiliates on pricing approval processes and system requirements.
Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or another analytically focused degree. 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, with at least 2-3 years in analytical roles (e.g., Market Access & Pricing, Business Analytics, Finance). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel modeling. High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets. Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus. Interest in applying AI-driven solutions to business challenges. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear presentations. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. A strong desire to learn about Ex-US market access and pricing.
Compensation Overview : Princeton - NJ - US : $157,030 - $190,282. The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
