• Work day shifts from 6 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM
• 13-week assignment duration
• No on-call requirements
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience required
• Patient ratio : 1 : 2 (ICU) or 1 : 3 (Step Down)
• May float as needed
• Required certifications : Arizona license, ACLS, BLS, and NIH
• Preferred experience with Impella - IABP
• EMR system : Medhost
• Scrub color requirement : Black
