Payroll Integration Specialist

A company is looking for a Dayforce Payroll Integration Specialist to support the onboarding and setup of new employees onto an existing Dayforce payroll platform.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end setup of new hires and existing staff on the Dayforce system

Configure payroll settings including earnings, deductions, benefits, and accounting codes

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for payroll and time configuration to validate accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with Ceridian Dayforce payroll setup and configuration

Proven experience onboarding new employee groups or departments onto Dayforce payroll and HR systems

Strong understanding of payroll processing, GL coding, and PTO setup

Experience managing or reconfiguring organizational structures within Dayforce

Solid understanding of payroll compliance and data validation best practices
