Supportive Team :

Work alongside a dedicated staff, including enough dental assistants to fully support clinical flow, and collaborate with a team of 2 experienced providers.

Clinical and Business Mentorship :

Work under the guidance of Dr. Gary Giangreco, a respected provider and the only certified national instructor in CEREC CAD / CAM dentistry in the Rochester area.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality general and cosmetic dentistry, including restorations, oral surgery, and endodontics

Provide comprehensive exams and treatment planning

Educate patients on oral health and treatment options

Maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest clinical standards

Compensation & Benefits :

Annual Compensation :

$250,000 $350,000 (based on % of collections)

Qualifications :

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
