We are a high-volume, regional bankruptcy firm seeking an ambitious and hardworking individual to fill a full-time

• Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney
• position in our Chattanooga, TN location. Immediate hire for the right person.
• Responsibilities :
• Court appearances on behalf of the clients in person and by zoom.
• Working with Regional Management to ensure smooth day to day operations and firm growth;
• Reviewing cases for accuracy and legal viability;
• Resolving inquires for clients originated by the U.S. Trustee;
• Communicating with courts, trustees, opposing counsel and other local law firms in order to represent the client well;
• Researching and drafting pleadings when necessary;
• Meeting with clients and counseling them about their financial alternatives;
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
• Qualifications :
• Licensed attorney;
• Prior bankruptcy experience not required; we will train;
• Eligible for admission to the Eastern District of Tennessee.

Pay : $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
