Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee all maintenance activities, programs, and inspections for the aircraft fleet.

Collaborate effectively with aircraft crew and the CEO, supporting their missions and expectations.

Strategically manage daily workflows, making informed decisions on maintenance resources.

Direct and coordinate light to moderate inspections and pre- / post-flight checks.

Plan and execute moderate to heavy maintenance, optimizing aircraft availability and aligning with the owner’s schedule.

Promote the company's vision, mission, and values throughout your work.

Requirements :

Minimum of 7 years in A&P duties with familiarity in maintaining the assigned aircraft models : Hawker 400XPs and Gulfstream G IVSP.

At least 3 years of experience in managing teams or contractors.

Willingness to travel for maintenance events as needed.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Physical ability to fulfill the role, including manual dexterity for operating office equipment and conducting aircraft repairs.

Education and Experience :

Associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience with an A&P background.

Hold and maintain a current FAA A&P Certificate.

Corporate aviation experience is mandatory.

Ability to clear DOT / FAA drug screening, background checks, and comply with random testing requirements.
