Position : Remote Call Center Representative
We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused representative to support our rapidly growing customer base. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners, installers, and partners who rely on Storz Power systems every day.

️What You'll Do
Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers
Provide clear guidance about Storz Power battery systems, AI+ management features, and product specs
Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and system usage
Schedule technical appointments or escalate complex issues to engineering teams
Document all interactions thoroughly in CRM software
Support product registration, warranty questions, and account updates
Educate customers on optimizing energy storage, solar usage, and backup power
Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet call center KPIs
Represent Storz Powers values with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
Required
1+ year customer service or call center experience
Strong phone presence and clear communication skills
Ability to simplify technical topics for homeowners
Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
Excellent typing, organization, and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
U.S. residency and ability to work set shifts
Preferred
Experience in solar, batteries, energy storage, or HVAC industry
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
Tech-savvy, comfortable learning hardware / software systems
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a strong plus
Compensation & Benefits
$22-$28 / hour depending on experience
