Overview:
Our client is seeking a Senior IT Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across the organization’s IT environment. This role partners with IT, Security, and Leadership teams to strengthen risk management and enhance overall security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct risk assessments and support mitigation efforts.
Develop and improve security policies, procedures, and GRC programs.
Collaborate with IT teams to reduce risk exposure and enhance security maturity.
Maintain risk documentation, reports, and metrics for leadership.
Support compliance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, or related field.
3+ years of experience in information security or GRC/risk management.
Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, CIS, FAIR, and regulations like GDPR or SOX.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with GRC tools Archer, ServiceNow)
