Essential Responsibilities of Service Advisor :

As a Service Advisor , youll be the go-to expert for our dealers and customers. Youll :

• Troubleshoot equipment issues (mechanical, electrical, and digital).
• Provide responsive technical support by phone, email, and online.
• Help launch and support cutting-edge autonomous mowing systems.
• Create easy-to-follow guides and training resources.
• Assist dealers with diagnostics, installations, and service best practices.
• Occasionally join field events and product rollouts where youll see innovation in action.

Your work ensures our customers get the support they need while helping Wright maintain its reputation for reliability, quality, and forward-thinking solutions.

Requirements :

Youll thrive in this role if you have :

High school diploma or GED required; an associates degree and 13 years of product support or technical service experience preferred.

Starting at $23 / hr (commensurate with experience)
