Service Delivery Manager

Job Title

This position will provide an opportunity to understand how Ford IT builds and operates global services while meeting Ford Security and Data Protection requirements. It will also provide experience with managing Suppliers who deliver services.

The position requires managing different projects such as :

• Printer site refresh.
• Plotter site refresh.
• Applications live cycle management.
• Ford internal live cycle HW migration / upgrade.
• Day to day printer operation.
• Printer & Plotters urgent incident management.
