• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage and nurture leads, turning them into successful transactions
• Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients
• Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
• Utilize our marketing tools to effectively promote properties and attract prospective buyers.
• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to offer clients the best advice.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in your CRM system for transparency and follow-up purposes and document transactions in SkySlope system.

• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• A valid Real Estate license or willingness to obtain one is required for this job.
