This is an exciting opportunity to launch a rewarding career with Colliflower and get your foot in the industry. Education and training will include business operations, customer service, inventory, sales, product, hose assembly, facility management and other areas of a Colliflower store.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely, professional & courteous mannerIdentify proper product solution for customer under the guidance of the Store ManagerAddress customer issues and resolve under the guidance of the Store ManagerUse the Colliflowers Vision and Guiding Principles in handling all customer interactionsProvide potential sale leads and information to Store Manager; actively participate in customer capture programsStart and engage in Colliflowers internal training programs within three months of start dateActively promote all company products and servicesHose Assembly & Facility Management
Assemble product and crimp hoses to manufacturers recommendation under guidance of the Store ManagerAssist Store Manager with waste and cost reductionPerform duties related to maintaining a safe, organized, and clean storeAssist Store Manager with routine facility maintenanceInventory & Product Management
Handle deliveries, unpack product, stock and cleans shelvesPerform inventory projects as directed by Store ManagerTrack inventory and order productMaintain product displaysPerform shipping / receiving dutiesAdministration
Process sales transactionsAssist Store Manager with recording transactions related to invoices, stock transfers, and inventory levelsConsistently and accurately complete timecardEnsure that intellectual property is confidential, maintained, and securePerform other duties as required by Store Manager or Regional Support ManagerQualifications and Skills
