Northrop Grumman Space SystemsLaunch and Missile Defense Systems presents an opportunity for a Sr Principal Systems Software Analyst Systems Analyst (25-488) to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. This role supports the U.S. President, the Secretary of Defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels. This role does not offer relocation assistance and requires on-site work with no remote options available.
Position Overview
The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program is a vital part of the Missile Defense System. It provides an operational platform that enables planning, monitoring, and control of networked sensors and weapon systems to achieve global and regional mission goals. C2BMC connects, integrates, and synchronizes autonomous systems to improve performance and supports ground and flight tests that verify capabilities.
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Principal Systems Software Analyst to support the analysis of defense, missile, and space systems and to solve complex technical challenges. The ideal candidate will combine mathematics, physics, and software analysis to support National Defense objectives and will thrive in a mission-critical environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience solving complex technical problems with innovative solutions, operating independently, and driving issue resolution to align with mission objectives. The role focuses on Missile Defense and Space Domain Awareness.

Salary range : Primary Level Salary Range : $124,900.00 - $187,300.00. The above is a general guideline and can vary based on scope, responsibilities, experience, and current market conditions.
