We

We are seeking a visionary Engineering Manager to lead key engineering and business initiatives that will shape our long-term Cloud objectives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to execute both strategic and tactical roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, cloud experience, exceptional project management skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a passion for thriving in a dynamic environment.

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance. Salary Range : $175,000.00 - $240,000.00.
