Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager with strong electrical and mechanical expertise to lead our maintenance team and keep operations running safely and efficiently. This role requires a hands-on leader who is highly organized, safety-focused, and an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and develop the maintenance team with a focus on safety and performance.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment, including corrugators.
  • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
  • Manage budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Partner with production to minimize downtime.

Qualifications :

  • Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
  • Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Experience with corrugators strongly preferred.
  • Safety-first mindset.
