What You’ll Bring : Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field OR equivalent experience with at least 2 years in retail operations or leadership roles Technical Skills : Proficiency in PC applications and SalesTrak NG Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Leadership & Communication : Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and foster collaboration Excellent verbal and written communication skills Other Requirements : Valid driver’s license Ability to travel extensively within your assigned geography Preferred : Bilingual skills may be required based on business needs Work Environment : This role combines office and field responsibilities, offering variety and the opportunity to make a real impact in retail operations.
