Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Omaha, Nebraska.

Department : CT Tech

  • Certifications : BLS, ARRT-R, (CT) Preferred - How many scanners / rooms does this department have? : 8 treatment areas - Will they have to float / cover any other areas? : Depending on position- in past have hired to MRI, CT, Xray, and Ultrasound techs, May float between main campus and UC campus (stand-alone ER) - Common types of imaging / studies performed & Job Duties : Mixed population from pediatrics to geriatrics, vast variety of imaging / studies, busy OR and ER CTAs, hearts, perfusion - Experience or 'Must have' skills : Prefer overnight techs to be able to do CT and X-ray, Must understand methods and is capable of performing venipuncture as required, Demonstrates ability to set and maintain multiple priorities in an environment with shifting priorities, while providing accurate deliverables in a timely fashion Must be self-motivated, and able to take ownership of projects / assignments, Must be a team player with excellent follow-up and customer service skills - EMR & / or PACS : EMR : EPIC, PACS : McKesson - Department Specific Equipment : Siemens equipment, Bracco contrast injectors - Shifts & Scheduling : 8s, 12s, or mixed shifts starting at 7-7, 3p-11p, etc., Set schedule - Weekend Requirements :
