Key Requirements :

5+ years Behavioral Health Nurse Manager experience — Required

Must be from a psychiatric setting (no corrections, LTC, or nursing home)

Must manage all age groups and be willing to float

License : Vermont RN (must be willing / eligible to obtain)

Profile Must Include :

Resume with psych experience & populations

Psych skills checklist (≤ 1 year)

2 supervisory references (past 2 years)

Certifications (CPI preferred; offered onsite)

Address or driver’s license

Certifications : BLS (AHA) | CPI (onsite if needed)

Notes : Confirm patient populations & any schedule requests in profile.
