In this role, you'll focus on lymphedema management while also supporting a wide range of patient needs through evaluation, skilled intervention, and discharge planning. What You'll Do
Provide specialized occupational therapy services for patients with lymphedema
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and functional independence
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated care
Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home programs
Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives
Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Education:
Licensure & Certifications:
Certified Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana
Current CPR certification
Experience:
Previous clinical experience preferred
New graduates welcome
