Job Description

Plans the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.

Develops and implements long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program.

Leads the delivery of program objectives, maintaining program schedule, target dates, and critical path.

Develops and manages a program change control process to ensure project teams operate within the scope and change approval process.

Directs program staff by providing input and feedback, tracking progress, and reviewing program activities to ensure benefits and deadlines are met.
