Lead Person - Harvest

Overview

Long Prairie Packing Company, LLC, an American Foods Group Company has an opportunity for a Lead Person - Harvest at our Long Prairie, MN plant.

As Lead Person - Harvest , you will :

• Oversee operations to provide for day-to-day control of assigned department activities according to prescribed schedules, priorities, production flow, and processing specifications to ensure product ion efficiencies are met hourly.
• Evaluate department work performance and inform supervisor if action is needed.
• Step in and perform production positions in area of responsibility in order to keep production flowing and to give breaks as needed.
• Support cost reduction.
• Communicate with other departments to keep product flow.
• Complete required paperwork.
