Lending Administrative Assistant
Location : Lebanon, TN
JOB SUMMARY :
The Administrative Assistant II provides operational support for the Lending team. This position prepares commitment letters and term sheets, processes real estate payoffs, and inputs loans into the loan processing platform system. The Administrative Assistant II coordinates loan committee activities, monitors loan approvals and releases, and compiles and distributes various reports. This position reports to the Head of Lending Support & Development and provides excellent service and support to team members and customers while demonstrating the Company's values and supporting the mission.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provides operational support for the Lending team
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining commitment letters and term sheets
- Process real estate payoffs, including tickets for payoffs received via mail and wire
- Perform account and loan maintenance to include change of address, billing notices, online banking assistance, draws, transfers, etc.
- Responsible for document scanning and uploading (e.g., tax returns)
- Input loans into loan processing platform systems
- Pull credit reports for customers
- Assist with resolving technical exceptions
- Coordinate loan committee activities, send approvals, and update tracking sheets
- Monitor loan approvals and releases for loan servicing
- Prepare and distribute past due reports, BSA exceptions, and billing notices
- Prepare and maintain activity statements and reports for various business units
- Prepare incentive reports for designated recipients by monthly deadlines
- Participate in consumer credit meetings and prepare related reports
- Support reporting needs related to vendor relationships
- Monitor commercial and consumer loan pipelines including closing dates and status updates
- Support exam readiness and other risk management and compliance activities
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, and reviewing professional publications
- Attend training as requested
- Adhere to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering Program
- Participate in outside community activities as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
