Join our team as a CNC Swiss Machinist for the 1st shift, working Monday through Thursday from 6am to 4 : 30pm, with occasional 4-10 hours of overtime on Fridays. You will primarily work on Nexturn and Hanwha Swiss machines in a dynamic job shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform full setups and changeovers independently.
• Run parts from through the whole process for orders ranging from 50 to 5,000 pieces.
• Conduct 2-10 setups per week.
• Read and interpret defense blueprints and GD&T symbols.
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and comparators.
• Maintain tight tolerances down to + / -.0001 of an inch.

Work Environment

Work in a small to medium-sized, family-owned machine shop with approximately 20 employees. Our well-lit and organized facility contains about 40-50 machines, with a focus on quality that has ensured no parts are ever returned. We operate within the Aerospace industry, contributing parts to the Mars Rover and numerous satellites. The shop is air-conditioned, adding to the comfort of your work environment.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00 / yr.
