Job Description

This is a remote position.

The Data Entry Operator will accurately input, verify, and maintain customer, order, and inventory information in company databases. This role is vital in supporting daily operations and ensuring that project and customer data is kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities :

Enter and update sales, customer, and inventory data.

Verify information accuracy and completeness.

Maintain organized records and filing systems.

Support administrative and accounting teams with data tasks.

Ensure confidentiality of all company and customer data.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong typing skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer knowledge, especially Excel and Word.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
