Apple Operations Manager
Position Overview : The Apple Operations Manager will act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day administration of Zones' Apple channel program and is responsible for executing the business plan, driving opportunities, managing pipeline, and administering systems and processes. This role works cross-departmentally with Zones Digital (IT), Finance, Supply Chain, Zones Pre-Sales, Service Delivery, TSC, and Marketing teams to act as the liaison for all Apple Operations. The Apple Operations Manager role will require developing exceptionally strong and transparent working relationships with the departments mentioned above to deliver expected customer and business results, with the ability to identify and scope programs and guide supporting business case development.
What You'll Do As The Apple Operations Manager :
- Advise Apple Brand Team and Zones Operations / Support teams regarding overall day-to-day operations, including system functionality (CRM, ERP), Apple program execution, EDI and API efficiency, finance & credit, tracking of aged receivables and key financial metrics.
- Develop tools and dashboards to drive sales pipeline, and execute against sales strategies to grow Apple products and Zones Workplace Services throughout vertical markets and sales segments.
- Become an expert in Zones reporting systems. Provide the Apple team with in-depth analysis and reporting as requested by the Apple Practice Leader (Seller Participation, Customer Penetration, Market Share, Program & Target Tracking, etc.)
- Model and track progress toward key financial metrics and progress to targets.
- Build & maintain relationships with key Apple Operations contacts and business units.
- Maintain overall program and Zones process expertise.
- Drive customer satisfaction through value-added services and offerings.
What You Bring :
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience, MBA a plus.3-5 years of experience delivering program and project efforts in a high technology environment.Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills including demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective.Understanding of the Apple Brand, IT industry, B2B market, customers, competitors, suppliers, partners and capabilities of the business.Professional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners, and peers.Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and prioritize multiple initiatives, with strong organizational skills.Highly programmatic, with a proven success to manage cross team initiatives and programs.Knowledge of Mac /
