Kaye Bender Rembaum, PL is a full-service commercial law firm dedicated to the representation of community associations throughout Florida. Our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office is actively seeking an experienced Community Association Attorney to join our thriving and growing law Firm!

Must live within a reasonable commute to the Palm Beach Gardens, FL office! This is an in-office position.

Attorneys with a minimum of 8 years direct experience in Community Association

The successful candidate will focus on transactional issues for our Community Association clients.

This is not a Litigation position.

Areas of concentration include :

Assessment Collections

Construction defect claims

Contract Drafting and Negotiation

Covenant enforcement

Fair Housing

Land Use and Zoning

Litigation and Arbitration

Master / Sub Association Issues

Pre and Post Turnover Planning

Review and Amendment of Covenants

Requirements :

License to practice as an attorney in the State of Florida.

Exposure to community associations or corporate law is a plus.

Effectively communicate in writing with counsel, clients, and actively engage in all aspects of a thriving community association practice.

Display energetic, positive, talented, and highly motivated attitude combined with excellent written communication and drafting skills.

Ability to speak to audiences regarding clients’ questions or concerns.

Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.

Local travel during business hours and evenings to meet the needs of our clients.
