Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction of a physical therapist.
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Support the growth-oriented culture by setting and achieving personal performance goals.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Monitor and report on patient progress to the supervising physical therapist.
Contribute to team meetings and collaborate on patient care strategies.
Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve therapy outcomes.
Ensure high visibility of work activities and results within the team.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area to ensure patient safety.
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements in therapy practices.
Experience / Qualifications
Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a growth-oriented business.
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or related field.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and skill enhancement.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Ability to adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements in therapy.
Proficiency in documenting patient progress using electronic health records.
Knowledge of performance metrics for therapy outcomes assessment.
Experience in maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.
