Pay : $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Job Description :

TKO Staff Pros, LLC is partnering with a well-established company in the Tupelo area to recruit a Parts Identifier for their weld shop.

We are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge of weld symbols and identifiers. This role involves interpreting the markings, symbols, and notations used in welding operations to ensure accurate and consistent communication between engineers, designers, fabricators, and inspectors.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and interpret weld symbols, including type, size, and finishing requirements

Read and understand reference lines that outline weld instructions

Use arrows and symbol placement to determine weld location and direction

Distinguish between shop welds (performed in a controlled environment) and field welds (performed on-site)

Ensure all weld specifications align with welding codes and shop standards

Support the weld shop team by accurately identifying parts and weld requirements

Qualifications :

3 years of experience with Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS) — Required

3 years of experience with Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) — Required

Welding Certification — Preferred
