Greet, welcome, and connect with guests. Maintain service quality standards by delivering premium guest service and treating each guest as a VIP. Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored suggestions. Handle all guest transactions in an efficient, professional and competent manner. Perform guest service tasks and other duties as instructed by Manager-on-Duty (MOD) or General Manager. Deliver product on an as needed basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain positive guest and team relations by living company valuesDeliver premium guest service according to steps of service and standard operating proceduresTake and hand out guest orders with attention to detail and accuracyDelivering product on an ongoing basis and according to business needs.Answer questions about daily / custom offerings and pricing with confidenceIdentify and recover guests who are dissatisfied with service and / or productPerform shifts as scheduled to open and close the bakeryPerform dishwasher duties as neededAssist culinary team as neededEnsure all food is prepared, handled and stored according to all required food safety code standardsQUALIFICATIONS
One year of experience in a customer service environment preferredPrevious quick service food handling experience in either the hospitality or food and beverage industry a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to safely utilize all bakery equipmentAbility to work in multiple regional locationsAbility to work in cross functional roles as needed (front-of house & back-of-house)Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needsAbility to transport product and make deliveries when neededMust have reliable transportation and valid driver’s licensePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overheadAble to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 poundsEDUCATION
