???? What You’ll Do

???? Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) that get to the heart of student needs

???? Design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that actually work

???? Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to build a united support system

???? Use data to drive decisions and track progress

???? Train staff in behavior strategies that empower—not punish

???? Advocate for students in IEP meetings and beyond

???? Help shape a school culture where every student feels safe, supported, and seen

???? What You Bring

BCBA certification (required)

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

Experience in school settings or with children / adolescents

A deep understanding of behavior science—and a heart for kids

Communication skills that inspire trust and collaboration

A mindset that’s proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused
