This role involves performing moderately complex and specialized patient procedures under the guidance of a clinician or Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring patients receive excellent care. You'll also carry out operational duties as assigned by the site administrator or designee.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, helping with their transportation and flow through the facility.
  • Record and report vital signs and other key patient information to the RN or clinician.
  • Administer medications, conduct various patient tests, and guide patients on procedural preparations under supervision.
  • Communicate new prescriptions and refill authorizations to pharmacies as directed by the clinician.
  • Collect, label, and transport specimens to designated locations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam / treatment areas and medical equipment.
  • Keep accurate logs and records of medical procedures and inventory supplies.
  • Conduct telephone screenings as needed.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Practical Nursing license.
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers or CPR / AED certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LVN / LPN.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certification in I.V. therapy and phlebotomy.
  • 3+ years of experience as an LVN / LPN.
  • Compensation for this position will vary based on multiple factors including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. The hourly pay for this role is between $20.00 and $35.72 for full-time employment. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including equity stock purchase and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility requirements).
