****This position is in-person at our office and is not remote. ***

Schedule:

• Tuesday- Saturday (Off Sunday and Monday)

Pay & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate all service calls as they are received
• Dispatch and Debrief service technicians after completion of each call when needed
• Organize dispatch board/technicians' schedule
• Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers utilizing the pending work log
• Calculate reporting information for arrival times
• Handle changes in policies

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of experience as a Dispatcher
• Exceptional customer service
• Service Titan experience

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
• Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).

Environmental Conditions:

• Climate-controlled Office setting.
