Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Orientation Hours : 12

Every 3rd weekend

Common diagnoses / Types of patients : >

35 weeks in labor, Mom / Baby couplets

Are RNs required to titrate drips? : Yes

Common titratable & / or set rate drips : Antepartum / Labor- Magnesium, Oxytocin, LR, Zofran, etc. Postpartum : Prenatal vitamin, Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen, Percocet, Toradol

Holiday Requirements : Depending on availability

Floating Requirements : Floating to MSP / ED for helping hands, mostly sitting 1 : 1 with patients

Additional Notes : This is a rural hospital, distance from NICU >

1 hour away, limited services.

Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.
